A car bomb exploded outside the Bank of Greece (BoG) this morning (10 April), injuring two security personnel and shattering the building's windows. The blast took place hours ahead of Greece's successful return to bond markets after an absence of four years. The country's authorities issued €3 billion ($4.15 billion) worth of five-year bonds at 4.75% interest.
