Polish economists call for dismantling of eurozone, and new role for ECB

The eurozone's strongest economies should quit the European single currency in a "controlled dismantlement" of the eurozone, leaving the euro as the common currency of Europe's less competitive economies, according to a working paper published by the National Bank of Poland.
