A working paper published by the Bank of Spain looks at the impact of credit constraints on small and medium-sized enterprises’ working capital, investment and growth.

In Credit constraints, firm investment and growth: evidence from survey data, Miguel García-Posada Gómez uses data from the survey on the access to finance of enterprises, or Safe, conducted by the European Central Bank and the European Commission.
