Trichet: ESRB to review counter-cyclical capital buffers
Jean-Claude Trichet, the president of the European Central Bank (ECB), on Friday said the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) would review the use of counter-cyclical capital buffers for macroprudential supervision.
