Brazil c bank may have to relax war on inflation
For the first time since 1999, when Brazil made inflation targeting the keystone of monetary policy, the central bank is expected to miss its mark - though not by much. This year's goal is 4% inflation, plus or minus two percentage points. Figures released Friday show that
