Higher inflation 'all pain and no gain'

So what's Finance Minister Michael Cullen's game in his attack on the Reserve Bank's successful strategy to hold inflation, asked New Zealand's Christchurch Press on Saturday.

Cullen raised the Reserve Bank issue in the election run-up, and a week before it reviews interest rates. Jim Anderton chimed in
