‘Iconic’ Irish central bank property put on market
No asking price for Dame Street site – sale is by best bid
The Central Bank of Ireland's iconic site on Dame Street has been put on the market, with estate agent Lisney asking for parties to submit their best bids by October 19.
1,500 central bank employees will soon vacate the Tower Building and commercial buildings, 9 College Green and 6-8 College Green. Staff will relocate to the bank's new "fit-for-purpose" building in North Wall Quay, with the move due to be completed early next year. The portfolio is being offered for sale in 1 or 3 lots.
