Central Bank of Ireland had 'sufficient powers' for more intrusive approach, report says

The report of an Irish parliamentary committee into the country's financial crisis has criticised the then-management of the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), as well as the European Central Bank and the country's micro-prudential financial regulator.
