ECB president calls for US to keep “implicit agreement” on avoiding competitive devaluations
Mario Draghi has strongly criticised recent statements on the dollar by US Treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin, saying they risk discarding an implicit international agreement not to engage in “competitive devaluations”.
