People: San Francisco Fed appoints strategy and people officer
Dallas and San Francisco Feds appoint officials; new ECB comms chief takes up role; and more
US: The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has appointed David Porter as its new chief strategy and people officer. Porter took up the role, in which he will oversee HR, strategy and risk functions, on January 4.
Porter joins the San Francisco Fed from his position as chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He holds a PhD in organisational behaviour from Harvard University.
The Dallas Fed has also made appointments
