Ingves draws lessons from Sweden’s economic history

Riksbank governor emphasises close link between financial and price stability

Sveriges Rikbank's governor Stefan Ingves today (May 6) set out a host of ways in which the central bank's current policy-making has been informed by its history – in particular its history of crisis management.
