Flug calls for inclusive Israeli labour market

Karnit Flug called for greater efforts to integrate the Arab population in Israel into the country's economy in her first speech since her appointment as governor of the Bank of Israel.

Flug was nominated as Stanley Fischer's successor last week – and her appointment was confirmed on Sunday after the prime minister's cabinet unanimously approved her candidacy.
