Bernanke on progress of Dodd-Frank reforms
Ben Bernanke, the chairman of the Federal Reserve, discussed on Thursday recent progress on the implementation of the reforms laid out in the Dodd-Frank Act.
Speaking to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs in Washington, DC, Bernanke said: "The Federal Reserve is committed to working with the other US financial regulatory agencies to implement the act effectively and expeditiously… we have revamped the supervisory function at the Federal Reserve to allow us to better meet
