Fiji must meet global AML standards - Narube

Narube said that failing would send a welcoming signal to criminals that money can be laundered through the island nation and could lead to Fiji being blacklisted by the international community.

The governor also said the failure to meet international standards could lead potential investors to conclude that Fiji's financial system is not sufficiently robust.
