Bank of Albania – Annual Report 2008
The Albanian economy was generally characterised by positive developments throughout 2008, said Ardian Fullani, the governor of the country's central bank in the latest Annual Report.
Fullani also said the central bank achieved its primary target for maintaining price stability by contributing to an average inflation rate of 3.4% in 2008.
