Fed minutes: dissenters' views

Eric Rosengren and William Poole, two presidents of regional Federal Reserves and voting members of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), both disagreed with aspects of the central bank's recent decisions regarding monetary policy and open market operations, minutes of the December rate-setting meeting reveal.
