Polish governor criticises five presidents’ report

Marek Belka criticised the five presidents' report today (October 15), arguing it "contained some good ideas, in particular for the short-term" but left some key questions unanswered.

The report, released in June, saw the presidents of five EU institutions, including European Central Bank (ECB) president Mario Draghi, set out proposals for completing Europe's economic and monetary union.

They form a roadmap for achieving economic, financial, fiscal and political union, but "lack many details"
