Zhou and Carstens new co-heads of IIF crisis prevention group

The Institute of International Finance (IIF), a group of financial institutions, on Thursday named Zhou Xiaochuan, the governor of the People's Bank of China, and Agustín Carstens, the governor of the Bank of Mexico, as the new co-heads to the Group of Trustees, an IIF body focused on crisis prevention initiatives.
