Central Bank of Guatemala Governor Kidnapped

GUATEMALA - It has been confirmed that the President of the central bank of Guatemala Lizardo Sosa was kidnapped while out for his regular morning jog close to his home.

Lizardo Sosa, president of Guatemala's central bank, has been kidnapped, the government confirmed on Wednesday. A police source was quoted as saying the incident happened on Monday morning when Mr Sosa went for his daily jog, but the government would not confirm this.
