De La Rue's cash-systems arm renamed Talaris
Tracey Graham, the chief executive of the new company, said that Talaris would emulate the "speed, efficiency and agility of its namesake - the winged sandals of Hermes, the messenger of the Greek gods who was the divinity for commerce.
Graham said the company would maintain a strong relationship with its former parent De La Rue.
