BoE’s Tucker sketches ‘richer’ capital accord
Paul Tucker, the outgoing deputy governor for financial stability at the Bank of England (BoE) , has presented what he sees as a future capital accord that will help to increase the financial system's resilience by disciplining both banks and markets, and aiding resolution.
