The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has published its regular Business Review for the First Quarter 2006. The latest edition includes "A farewell from President Santomero" in which Anthony Santomero, who will step down on 31 March 2006, reflects on the economic challenges and changes during his tenure as president over the past six years and summarizes some of the Bank's accomplishments.
