Nixon praises work of PSR as it celebrates one-year anniversary

As the UK's Payments System Regulator (PSR) celebrated its first birthday, its managing director praised the industry for taking steps to improve access.

Speaking in Copenhagen, Hannah Nixon stressed the PSR was not "just another payment systems regulator" and throughout the year had taken "decisive action" where it was needed.
