Eurozone AQR adds to Swedish uncertainty, says Ingves

Riksbank governor says conditions for monetary policy are ‘perhaps even more uncertain than usual'

The Swedish economy is "beginning to improve" but forecasts are made uncertain by the fallout from the European Central Bank's asset quality review, the results of which will be published on October 27, Riksbank governor Stefan Ingves said today in Gothenburg.

Domestic uncertainties, including the scope and effects of coming measures to slow down growth in housing prices and indebtedness, are also adding to uncertainty, he added.
