Fisher describes Texas as ‘crucible of US job creation'
India's election of Narendra Modi reflects the fact that, like in the US, people there are "more pragmatic and business-oriented than they are ideological or inherently bureaucratic," Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Richard Fisher said in a speech before the US-India chamber of commerce yesterday.
