Czech vice-governor says parts of Basel III 'done with too much haste'

Some of the regulation under Basel III is done with "too much haste, and some of the regulation is ahead of theory," Czech National Bank vice-governor Vladimir Tomsik argued during a presentation on the challenges of the international framework for small economies in Prague yesterday.
