Labour market ‘duality' and low youth and female employment are holding back growth

A new paper published by the Bank of Korea says the country's labour market still faces significant challenges despite one of the lowest levels of unemployment in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, contributing to lower potential economic growth.
