Sovereign wealth fund would lessen risk of Dutch disease: Bank of Israel

An excerpt from the Bank of Israel's upcoming Annual Report says the creation of a sovereign wealth fund to manage natural gas proceeds could mitigate the risk of a Dutch disease in Israel.

Two large natural gas reservoirs – Tamar and Leviathan – were recently discovered off Israel's northern coast.
