Rwandan central bank sees inflation and interest rates drop in H1

Semi-annual financial stability statement finds reasons to be cheerful

"Sustained and well-coordinated monetary and fiscal policies" helped keep the annual rate of inflation in Rwanda below the 5% target in the first half of 2014, the central bank's half-yearly financial stability statement said today.
