ECB – Structural Indicators for the EU Banking Sector
The latest report from the European Central Bank (ECB) on Structural Indicators for the EU Banking Sector shows yearly indicators for the period from 2004 to 2008 for all EU 27 countries.
The indicators included are:
· number of credit institutions;
· number of branches of credit institutions;
· total assets of credit institutions; and
· number of employees of credit institutions.
