ECB revises 2016 growth prediction slightly upwards, but does not act on Greece

Mario Draghi's latest announcement on eurozone monetary policy was more notable for what it did not contain than for what it did. The president of the European Central Bank (ECB) repeated a number of arguments made very familiar by his recent speeches. He also named the starting dates of the ECB's next asset purchase programmes and announced slight changes to some ECB forecasts.
