Iconic females from the suffragette movement and other historic US women will adorn the new $20, $10 and $5 notes, the US Treasury announced on April 20.

Harriet Tubman has been chosen as the face of the new $20 bill, recognising her fight for liberty as an important moment in history. This will be the first time in more than a century that a woman has featured on the front of a US banknote.
