Europe set for new Greek clash as Lagarde hits back over leaks

Christine Lagarde: "We do not communicate through leaks"

Tensions are reappearing over the Greek debt crisis after a leaked phone conversation triggered an exchange of sharply-worded letters between Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras and International Monetary Fund managing director Christine Lagarde.

The phone conversation, published on April 2 by Wikileaks but which occurred on March 19, took place between the IMF's Europe chief, Poul Thomsen, and its mission chief for Greece, Delia Velculescu.

The two officials discussed the difficulty of reaching
