Central banks and SWFs must upskill to face new investment challenges
Study finds official sector investors concerned about a variety of risks
A new study into the investment strategies followed by central banks and other official institutions, due to be published next week, has found the management of risk to be the top challenge facing sovereign investors.
The study, commissioned by State Street, surveyed 62 official institutions around the world – of which 58% were central banks, 34% were sovereign wealth funds and 8% public pension funds.
