Bank of Canada appoints new special adviser for Carney

The Bank of Canada on Friday announced the appointment of Evan Siddall as a special adviser to governor Mark Carney.

Siddall served most recently as a senior executive at Fort Reliance, the holding company of the Irving family's energy interest, Irving Oil. He will serve a two-year term, beginning on January 23 2012.
