Finland supports Portuguese bailout; calls for international banking tax

Finnish prime minister-elect, Jyrki Katainen on Tuesday held talks with major political parties in Finland to decide the country's stance on a bailout package for Portugal. Katainen leads the conservative National Coalition Party, the largest party in parliament after last month's elections.
