IMF names new secretary, director of internal audit

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), on Friday said he intended to name Siddharth Tiwari to the post of director of the secretary's department of the Fund and Russell Kincaid as director of the Fund's office of internal audit.

Tiwari now directs the Office of Budget and Planning, and will take over from Shailendra Anjaria, who retired earlier this year. Kincaid, who has been acting secretary of the Fund, succeeds Barry Potter, who also retired
